Rightmove has just revealed the most-viewed properties of September 2019 — and they serve up some brilliant interior inspiration.

Just as you might expect, some of the most popular properties are those with unique features, stellar interiors and quirky rooms. The four in the most-viewed list includes a stunning church conversion in Wales, a new-build barn (which features in the most recent series of Grand Designs), a seven-bedroom manor house and an extraordinary house with a 24-carat gold bathroom (yes, really).

Take a look at the most-viewed properties of September below...

1. Robert Street, Pontypridd, Wales

On the market for £425,000, this characterful property is a church conversion dating back to 1887. With five bedrooms, a brilliant living space, three reception rooms and a hot tub in the garden, there's no denying this home's wow factor.

There is an impressive amount of detail in the property: from two log burners, a large oven in the kitchen, grand windows, an oak mantle and a large tunnel slide, there is something to suit all (the children, of course, will love the slide the most).

This property is on the market with Hoskin Johnson for £425,000 via Rightmove.

    2. Loxley Lane, Wellesbourne, Warwick

This contemporary new-build barn home was recently featured in an episode of Grand Designs, so expect modern design and stunning architecture. Set in 1.5 acres of land, the detached home has underfloor heating, a standout wooden staircase, a large dining hall and a family reception area — all of which have been Kevin McCloud-approved, of course.

Just as you might expect from a barn, everywhere in the home provides unprecedented countryside views. Rolling verdant hills and nature trails offer new homeowners the chance to explore the impressive surroundings.

    3. Manor House Lane, Leeds

This tudor-style property boasts an incredible indoor swimming pool, a private cinema room, seven bedrooms, a separate apartment and stunning interiors.

Rightmove's property expert, Miles Shipside, says: 'The Manor exudes a calming sense of tranquillity, with its secluded grounds and array of mature trees making this the perfect place to entertain friends for a spot of al-fresco dining. The heated mosaic pool, Jacuzzi and steam room are naturally a very luxurious bonus.'

    4. Hampton Court Road, Surrey

This breathtaking Grade I listed property is believed to have been imported from Switzerland back in 1882. The five-storey, four-bedroom house sits next door to Hampton Court Palace and includes a heated indoor beach, 24-carat gold bathroom, Japanese water garden, cinema room and wine storage.

'Never before have I seen such a beautifully individual, luxurious and charismatic property bursting at the seams with such personality. This home epitomises the variety and quirkiness that Rightmove has to offer and the chalet’s price tag makes it a relative bargain,' Miles says.

This property is currently on the market for £2.85m with Savills via Rightmove.
